I started seeing Emily for acupuncture at the beginning of my 5th IVF cycle. She is very knowledgeable and has been a tremendous care provider. I'm now pregnant from that cycle and will continue to see her until I deliver.
I would definitely recommend her to others going through infertility treatments or just for overall health improvement.

I hope many other women get the chance to leave behind the burden and the fear of feeling unable to fulfill the dream of motherhood. Your treatment helped me to listen to my inner voice that had been telling me all along that I could achieve what I was looking for by myself without the need of any (IVF) fertility treatment, it empowered me to believe in myself and gave me the tools that I needed to enjoy a happy and wonderful pregnancy. The three of us will be leaving to my home country in December but I will always keep your memory close to us and I will certainly let Joaquin know of a special person that helped me to change my life forever.

I hope you are doing great and the cold winter is not giving you a hard time. I am certainly having less trouble with cold weather ever since you helped me overcome that awful feeling that I related to being cold and even though, I still do not like cold temperatures, I am certainly not suffering that much anymore.
I wanted to share excellent news with you since you helped me so much. I found last Thursday that I am pregnant!!!!!!! I could not believe it since after they cancelled the treatment at the end of September, my body had been behaving in a very strange way and I had no clue about how long my cycle would be or when would ovulation occur,etc. Even the doctors were having a hard time to figure out when would they be able to start a new cycle. I believe my body was just trying to recover by itself and I helped it a little bit with a couple of acupuncture sessions. It is a wonderful surprise for us and we are very happy. I have to go to Shady Grove Fertility tomorrow, Wednesday and Friday for a series of blood tests to make sure that the "beta" levels are rising normally, but I am certain that this is a gift from Mother Nature to me that has come against all odds and everything will be just fine. I want to pass the 6th week mark that was so devastating to me last time but I am trying very hard to trust my body and let it do what it knows to do. I visit my baby every day in the womb and see the little bundle perfectly secured in its seat. This is my Christmas Miracle and I can't wait to share it with my family when they come for Christmas!!!!!
